How does the customisation process work?

Simply place your order and upload a clear photo of your pet at checkout 
or via email after purchase. Our team will handle the rest.

What makes a good photo?

A well-lit, front-facing photo works best. Avoid blurry images or photos 
where your pet's face is partially hidden. The clearer the photo, 
the better the final product.

Can I see a preview before production?

Yes. We will send you a digital proof within 3–5 business days of 
receiving your order. Production only begins once you approve the design.

How long does delivery take?

Please allow 25–35 business days from order confirmation to delivery. 
This includes production time and international shipping to the UK.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes, one round of revisions is included with every order. 
Simply reply to the proof email with your feedback.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at services@furbiti.com 
with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.

What file format should my photo be?

JPG or PNG works best. The higher the resolution, the better the result. 
We recommend at least 1MB in file size.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we also ship to the United States. Shipping times may vary.
