Shipping

All Furbiti products are made to order and crafted individually for you. 
Please allow 30–45 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, 
and a second notification with tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product is custom-made for you, we are unable to accept 
returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly 
different from the approved proof, we will replace it at no charge.

To report an issue, please email service@furbiti.com within 7 days 
of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo 
of the issue and we will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, 
production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
